Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Carefully place the hijabs and accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the items are free of makeup or perfume marks.

  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
